Progression Routes

ILM Level 4 Extended Diploma in Leadership and Management

To achieve this qualification the learner must achieve a total of 37 credits, made up from a choice of units from Group 1 & 2. At least 11 credits must be at Level 4 and a maximum of 18 credits from Group 2

Your qualification will be assessed using evidence from your workplace. This would include observation, professional discussion, witness testimony and work products such as reports and correspondence.
