This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us, will be processed when you use the Website. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

1. Information we collect

2. IP addresses
2.1 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration and to report anonymous, statistical aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
2.2 Your IP address will be logged in our weblogs for up to 7 days. Our weblogs are for analytical and debugging purposes only and are not used for processing or profiling.
2.3 Your IP address is not disclosed to third parties

3.1 We reserve the right to use 'session' cookies to distinguish you from other users
3.2 we reserve the right to use 'Tracking' cookies but these will only be set when you agree to our cookie policy.

5.1.1 to carry out our obligations arising from any Contracts entered in to between you and us; eg to provide information to the ESFA or our funders
5.1.2 to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes;
5.1.3 to ensure that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner to you;
5.1.4 to allow you to participate in , Twitter, Facebook, feedback, reviews and any other interactive features on our Website; and
5.1.5 to notify you about changes to our Website or services.
5.2 We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we reserve the right to provide them with aggregate anonymised information about our users.

6. Disclosure of your information
6.1.1 We may disclose your personal information to members of our organisation who are responsible for fulfilling the services or contracts you have entered into.
6.1.2 We may disclose your personal information to organisations working with us for fulfilling the services or contracts you have entered into. These include the ESFA and college partners who fund our delivery.

6.2.2 if the website or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets; or
6.2.3 if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

7. Your rights
7.1 You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. 8.3 When access requests are not manifestly unfounded or excessive then the request is free of charge and will be provided within 30 days.
8.4 For data portability you may also request that the data we hold about you be supplied in a common machine readable format (eg CSV).
